Position Purpose

Job Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads for personal loans and overdraft services.
  • Guide customers through the loan application process and provide product knowledge.
  • Achieve individual sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer retention.
Educational Requirements
  • 12th Passout & Bachelor’s degree.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in loan sales (personal loans or overdraft services).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet sales targets in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic knowledge of loan products and financial services.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
